Hello,

first of, my name is Leo.

I know enough Knowledge about computers cuz i went to school for it but didnt think about being certified or anything like that..ok enough with the small talk :) ..heres my problem..well..

I have a dell Optiplex GX60 Series, Intel Celeron CPU 2.40GHz , 1.00 GB of RAM, 40 GB HDD, Windows XP Pro (SP2).
My computer makes this noise like an old car running in the freeway, it makes a little humming noise and its getting annoying. Not sure exactly what the problem is, but i did check the heat sink, power supply and everthing..and oh yea..it seems like its over heating also, everytime i open it.. the power supply is hot...now i know thats not normal...could that be the problem?.
