bootable cd-rw for a s/w program

In your on words, could someone please tell me how I would go about setting this up? Please keep it simple as I have never done this before.

Same way as a normal bootable CD-R.
Easiest way to do it: Nero comes with its own bootable CD images. Just burn one of those.

Nero Express is a Data -> Bootable Data CD. Add the files, tell it to use a local boot image, then carry on from there.
