when im on my computer the mouse starts going crazy, it goes all over not where i want it to go.

If its an optical mouse (little red light on the bottom), blow it out, a spec of dust may be trapped.
If its a ball mouse (no lights), take the cover off, pop the ball out and clean the rollers.

Also don't use optical mice on reflective surfaces, for this sort of behaviour occurs when you do that :)
