I have no clue what 99% of this stuff is, but I know from searching the Hwclock.exe should not be there.

Can someone walk me through exactly what needs to be done to remove?

I am not very great with computers, but I am not stupid either. But, I have not done safe mode, don't know really how to get in/out of that w/out something getting screwed up. Any help is appreciated.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update and reboot.

Please run both of these online virus scans:
TrendMicro's HouseCall - check "Auto Clean"
ActiveScan

Copy the results from ActiveScan and paste them here along with a new HiJackThis log.
