spyware threat problem, i'm desperate please help!

Hi! I hope someone could help....

My desktop is displaying a blue screen with a spyware threat warning "Warning: spyware threat has been detected on your PC ...."

task manager is disabled even after i have tried to fix the problem by deleting an entry in regedit. it just comes back.

regular popups from the taskbar that warns me of spyware threat and then an IE window opens with an offer to buy antispystorm etc....

i've scanned from norton 360, its liveupdate is having an error since this began. i've also tried a lot of anti spyware programs like spyhunter and bitdefender.

finally i couldn't access some important website like symantec, windows update and this forums.. i'm using my sister's computer =(

i've seen similar threads with the same problems but some are closed already. and i dont know if the solutions needs to be personalized.. please im begging someone if they could help..... =(
