Winspyware 2008! NEED HELPPP!

Winspyware somehow appeared on my computer today. I have tried going to control panel, but it will not let me select it and if I click it however many times I want, control panel still won't show up. I keep getting annoyng popups that are mostly casino adds and everytime I click a link on the internet I get a page with two links saying something along the lines of "Exit page (recommended)" and "Enter page (not recommended)". My tool bar also vanishes sometimes. I can not download anything either. And I don't have the program hijackthis either. PLEASE HELP!!!!
