Ithmb Problem

My ipod was ripped off and my images that were backed up to my PC can't be opened. EVERY viewer out there is either for an Apple or to read the image from the ipod. No one seems to have a viewer for ithmb from a PC. I've spent a month googling this and downloading programs that are not made for this task. Any help?
