Looking for a good malware program

I work in a company and we are looking to buy an anti mallware/spyware... program.
TO use it at home many times is ok but a company needs to purchase one. I am looking for what you think is the best program to use.
I know there is no one magic program.
Any ideas wil be appreciated.
