computer very slow [CLOSED]

Hi,

As said above my computer is very slow. It takes a long time to open up folders, windows, internet pages, etc... I already have McAfee and Stopzilla. After reading the instructions I now also have Super antispyware, and malwarebytes. I also ran a pandascan. All logfiles are attached as well as an uninstall list. Super antipyware didn't find any threats so it doesn't have a logfile. The hijack this logfile didn't want to upload so i pasted it beneath.
I know that mcAfee has to be updated, I bought the update and I have to enter the key into this computer which I don't currently have on me. I'm doing it tommorow.
Tell me what to do next, and thanks for all your help.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) from HERE or HERE and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • Please let your firewall allow the scanning/downloading process.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
