Hi,

I have been trying to get my PC back to normal again for several days now post being attacked by the smitfraud.c trojan which was downloaded through a spoofed e-mail I believe. I think I have managed to remove this by using one of your previous postings, but am still having trouble. There is something running on my PC that is stopping my anti-virus software from being installed. I have run several different anti-spyware software applications (Microsoft, Spybot, Xsoftspy, Noadware and PC Orion, but have still not managed to get rid of my problem. I have also managed to run the anti-virus software through a command prompt with the latest virus definitions from symantec, but still nothing was detected.

I am now in need of some help, so really hope you are able to take a look at my Hijackthis log below.

Thanks in advance

Darren
