Sliced sweet potato (kumera) baked with parmesan cheese, topped with lots of rocket and some steamed sugar snap peas, and baked chicken on top, all drizzled with a sauce made from chicken stock, honey wholegrain mustard and rosemary.

Ditrackster,Durian Candy as in DURIAN FRUIT!?I'm not sure what it does to your Tastebuds,but i know the effect on the "Smell receptors"I.e.Nose!That grin-smiley makes me wonder,are you telling us everthing????? :)

Yup. It's candy made from the durian fruit. It's considered as a specialty product (both the fruit and the candy) back in my province and gets EDIT: (im) exported here in the capital. :)
