computer will sometimes hibernate properly

I have a 10 percent chance of getting my laptop to hibernate properly. The other 90 percent of the time when I click on "hibernate," it will go through all the processes and then start up again without me touching the computer. The sleep option has a 70 percent chance of working. I've checked for the winfixer bug with 3 different programs (vundofix, counter spy, symnatec) and none of them detected anything. Vista has this performance information thing (via the windows experience index) that says that Microsoft Word is causing the computer to hibernate slowly. I'm not sure what's going on. I've pasted the hijack this log below. Please help. Thanks!
