Ok well 1st of all my Internet Explorer internet connection is lost after browsing for no set time....Meaning after browsing for 10min-45min my internet connection is blocked....My connection icon reads connected but when trying to use any programs that require internet connection I get replies saying theres no connection so I end up having to restart my laptop............2nd My windows media player seems to be having a problem I think, examples: when I try to watch a movie via netflix instant viewer I get thru the whole process & then the screen shows the name of the movie & a return to browing tab but no movie plays, 2nd example: I use WMAConvert to convert my wma files & remove the DRM, well I use it all the time yet about a week ago I started getting an error message saying "windows media player 9 is required & to install it" And I've upgraded both WMP11 & WMAConvert....I've tried dell support & WMAConvert support & so far no results.....Now I found this site cause I was searching for details on PROCESS: DSBROKERSERVICE....So I've downloaded the Hijackthis program & now I'll wait for one of you to direct me on what to do next....PLEASE HELP......Here is my 1st hijack scan:
