Alright, I will try and start one thing at a time. I am having troubles with my "paint" when I open it, this is the message that I receive.

Windows - Virtual Memory Minimum Too Low
Your system is low on virtual memory. WIndows is increasiing hte size of your virtual memory paging file. During this process, memory requestsfor some applications may be denied. For more information, see help. ok

I do have other things that are wrong with my computer as well, but I am under another topic in "windows me/2000...."I am having trouble with ActiveX"

I did click on "help" I did not know where to start or where to look, what shall I do???
