Okay I have been receiving this error lately but am unable to understand why the [bleep] I am receiving it? Is it a problem with my hardware?

I have Windows XP SP3 installed on my system and my hardware configuration is:

nVidia 8400 GS - Graphic Adapter
3x Kingston DDR2 Ram
250 GB Maxtor (Seagate) HDD
ASUS P25NE something Motherboard

Here are a few screen shots of it:

BEFORE I GOT THIS ONE:
