Trojan virus - Task Manager disabled, Malwarebytes not working

Before I am posting this, I have tried to follow the removal guide..however Malwarebytes cannot complete its scan and gets an "error 6 - overflow"... I don't think I should skip step 1 and go to step 2 of the guide but I do not know how to get Malwarebytes working... :)

AVG keeps on detecting trojans in the system volume information...which i think is the backup copy....everytime it says the file is healed but new trojans keeps on popping up...

I'm really confused... please help me >_<
