Just the Green Light Nothing else is working :(

thanks for checking this topic,
i have asus p4s 800-mx se motherboard, with 1GB ram and 3.0 Intel processor.
i used to paly games and the pc was working almost 10hours a day.

week ago it was stuck and i tried to restart but no luck.
now everything is gone. when i tried to power up the pc nothing happens. i checked the power supply, ram, power button... but still nothing happens. but when i just plug the 20pin power connector to the motherboard processor fan just start to spin for a 1second and then stop. thats all. but the motherboard green light is on.. what is it could be? PLEASE HELP...

Any idea would be a grate help..
