okay I copyed and now I know need to know what to delete and what not to delete.

Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Fisrt off I would like to say Thanks for the help I have recieved so far I really apreciate it.

I have done the first part of my instructions. I didn't delete the ones dealing with a digital camera since I do have one I use.

It then says to REBOOTmy PC ( I assume that means to restart my computer) and delete only this file C:\WINDOWS\ALCXMNTR.EXE. My question is where do I find this file to delete it?

You also wanted to know about any problems I may be having. Well here they are: the system is running slow, wants to freeze up, and getting way to many popups.

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\Program Files\BellSouth\Connection Tool <- this folder
C:\Program Files\WildTangent <- this folder
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\eber.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wnstssv.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\NDrv.exe

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. <_<
