HOW CAN I SET THE DISPLAY SO IT DOESN'T CHANGE ON STARTUP?

I set the display resolution, click apply, click ok and the display is
beautifull until I
restart where the display reverts to the factory vista default.

I think the problem is caused by the message that follows. What can I do now?

***********actual message**********
C:\Windows\system32>if exist c:\acersw\config\ChkScrResolution.exe start
/wait c
:\acersw\config\ChkScrResolution.exe

I actually resolved this myself so you guys that looked at it can stop working out the answer. Thanks for your time anyway.

The Solution:
Open Control Panel, go to Programs, click Change startup programs. This opens Software Explorer, Startup Programs and click Show for all users That's important because to disable the offending program it must be done as Administarator.
Scroll down to SetApanel.cmd and click disable.
The file path for SetApanel was C:\Windows\system32>if exist c:\acersw\config.
