fixed some problems in hijackthis not sure about rest

I've run spybot S&D and a few other programs to remove the malware and viruses, i think i might have the yosenioA virus, not sure, but i had problems with msiexec.exe, i might have it fixed, i reinstalled windows Installer and went ahead and upgraded to version 3.0. I'm not sure about what to fix in hijack this so any help would be nice
