unable to run adaware download

We are having a problem with our homepage, it keeps coming up to a page we have never been to before and some web site keeps poping up. I've tryed to download adaware program, and it downloaded but will not run because of .dll errors. please help I don't know what to do?

Hi,
Could you be more specific? What OS do you have? What error message do you recieve? Where did you download the file from? The more information you give the more help I can give you.
