Hi, After weeks of waiting my Ipod Touch has arrived, to make it work it seems i have to install Itunes and register it before i
can even get on the main screen for the touch. well i downloaded Itunes and double click the icon and nothing happens whatsoever!
Ive followed plenty of advice from sites ive removed itunes and quicktime and reinstalled, same problem still!
I dont have Norton at all on my PC and ive turned off Windows defender and my firewall to try and tryed to open it but it still doesnt happen!
also when i do ctrl-alt-del and go onto processes Itunes.exe is there, if i end the process and double click itunes i get the error message C:\Windows\System32\Softpub.dll
And a message about i may have an error or the software is not for my computer..
Please help! not being able to use the ipod is killing me! :)
