I know that I can save files in my A:drive while in Safe Mode. Should i be able to save files on my CD-Rom drive as well, or is that disabled in SafeMode?

I KNOW that I have (or had) a working CD drive in my W98 Aptiva. But when I go to MyComputer while in SafeMode I do not see it shown. Puzzled??

Windows 98 does not provide access to CD units in Safe Mode. Same goes for Windows ME.
