ASP.Net Machine Account Problem

On starting Windows XP today I was greeted with a new password protected user account called ASP.NET machine account on my start-up screen. From reading previous threads I know that this is nothing to worry about as it's just a by-product of downloading the .Net Framework 1.1. However, my problem is that it has somehow also imposed a password on the only other user account on my computer (which is the administrator's and wasn't previously password protected), completely locking me out of my computer.

Looking at other posts no-on else seems to have had this problem - help!
