svchost.exe error like i've never seen

so i've searched the geeks to go forums, google, and every resource i have and i'm yet to find a solution or description for this. One of our users here @ work is getting this svchost.exe error everytime they boot their laptop.

The instruction at "0x7c918fea" referenced memory at "0x01c8bdc7". The memory could not be "written".

I can't seem to find anything online that refers to that memory location. Any input would be appriciated.
