One of our company users has somehow completely deleted the Delete button (the big X) from his Outlook 2000. We can't even find it in customize options to add it back in.
How do we get it back on again? Any ideas?

Have you tried the little arrow which points down on far right of buttons, tool bar options, add / remove buttons, standard to see if the delete button is ticked, if it is ticked, remove tick then close window then go back and replace tick, or click help then detect and repair
