Hi!

We ran:

VundoFix
VirtuMundoBeGone
HiJackThis

and still have the popup.

I had my client pass me all the txt files, but now that I am attempting to pass them to you - none of them are txt files! I will post a response to this ticket with the attached txt files.

Any advice until then?

Hi Beth and welcome to GTG.

1. Download combofix at http://www.techsuppo...Bs/ComboFix.exe or http://download.blee...Bs/ComboFix.exe Save it to your Desktop before you run it.
2. Double-click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.

Note:
Do not click on combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Run a new HijackThis scan and post that new log here.
