OK so my computer get messed up really bad. I want to reinstall Windows but my CD Drive got messed up too. I was wondering if I take out my Hard Drive, put it in a Hard Drive Enclosure, and then connect it to another computer, will it work. I install Windows onto the INTERNAL Hard Drive which will me mounted on a Hard Drive Enclosure. After I install it, will work work when I connect it back to my computer. Thanks.

You cannot install Windows onto an external hard drive, which is all a hard drive enclosure is, an external drive.
Unfortunately you cannot start installation on another computer and swap it back to finish it off because it'll tie itself to the computer you did the install on, and fall over on yours.

If your CD unit is no longer working (which I presume you mean by it having "got messed up") then new ones are very cheap to buy and easy to fit.

It will install automatically with generic drivers.
