I am using Outlook Express for email. Everything worked fine until a few days ago. I can still receive email, but when I try to send I am disconnected from the internet. I'm using Windows XP, PeoplePC, and Norton Internet Security. Can you help?

Does it give you any error messages, or other messages, when it disconnects?
Is your internet connection dialup or broadband?
Also, have you checked for viruses & malware?

Thanks for your reply. I reloaded PeoplePC software and that seems to have taken care of the problem.
