hi all,
i am total noob,my problem is i have a acer aspire laptop running windows xp,when i click to either scroll up or down on a page this as stopped working i have to manually scroll the page from the side,normally if this happens i click a on my toolbar a few times and it works again,i think i have accidently disabled something,any advice please...hope this is in the correct forum

go into control panel | Mouse and see what settings you have. If you just have the generic windows mouse info, you may want to download drivers or software for your mouse that will have customizable settings like that.
