I have a dell laptop and to make a long story short, it is not longer usable and I was forced to get a new one. The new one is an HP and I was wondering if I could take the video card out of the old dell and put it in the new HP. The video card is an NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300. I need to know how I can tell if the new laptop will be compatible with the NVIDIA video card from the dell.

No, this is not possible on almost every laptop computer. They are very specific in their hardware and most cannot be changed.
