trouble with wmp 11

i cannot open any media with windows media player 11 and i dont know why. i can even open windows itself. i tried manu things like reinstalling it and it still doesn't work. could someone please help me

You may have some specifications that are not suitable with Windows Media Player 11.

Please take a look at the following site and make sure that your computer is able to use WMP 11...
