I have AVG Virus 8.0 which shows an anti spyware component. Is that the only anti spyware I need or should I have more protection? If I need more coverage what do you suggest for free anti spyware? Thanks.

From my experience with joint anti-virus and spy ware programs, the spy ware part does not always work so well. You could always download a program like Ad-Aware by Lavasoft which requires that you run a scan every once in a while as just a check.
