My Screen Looks Funny ever since I removed My Card

Can someone please HELP Me!!

I had a Nvidia Video card installed on my PC...But since I have removed it...I unistalled the Nvdia driver I think, using Add/Remove Programs. My picture has now gone all blocky and the graphics aren't dispalying properly. When I go into Display Properties and try to change the resolution with the slider bar, but the bar won't budge!!

I don't know what to try next...

Hope someone out there can help me!!
