have you tried booting into safe mode...
did you add any new hardware or software recently..
did you get any updates for windows or any other program just before this started...

rather than play 50 questions with you...why don't you tell us all the components you used...are they all new...what software you installed...if it ever booted successfully...basically everything you did and the results
