Hello all

My PC has been acting up recently. Some of my programs wont open: Outlook, Yahoo Messenger, Contro Panel. Ive ran a few spyware/virus scanners but they don't seem to get everything out. I've been getting pop-ups even though my pop-up blocker is turned on. Any ideas on how to kill this thing/ Thanks.
