So far I have turned off system restore, booted in safe mode and ran Ad-aware SE, Spybot SD, and registry mechanic and fixed any problems they found. however, there is something in my computer that is still changing the settings on its own. In the registry, under permissions, it shows users i dont recognize which have full permission. Should I be concerned if the defaults in the registry have "no value"? Please help, here is my HijackThis log:
