My other computer got infected. I cannot run any executable files of any kind, off any drive. How do I get my permissions back? I even get the error "you do not have permission to shut down or restart this computer"
I cannot get on the net with that computer. If I download any programs with another computer to try and fix it I cannot run them because I do not have permission. I have spyware doctor on that computer and it does not find anything anymore when run in the safe mode.
