Hey everyone I am on a friends computer trying to fix her sound and i have no idea what to do. Here is the problem: none of the programs play sound. The only error message I get is when i try to play a song using Musicmatch Jukebox. a window opens and it states: "wave out format not suppoerted" .... PLEASE HELP!! In windows media player the files open and play but no sound comes out of the speakers.. any suggestions??? mail them to me at email removed. Thanks and i hope you can help
