Hello! I need help with my invisionfree skin.

I know where the CSS code for the skin goes, but I don't know where this part goes:

Also, it doesn't have a header & body code. At first I thought that was what the above code was for, but when I input it under header and body, it tells me I can't save it.

EDIT: Almost immediately after I posted this, I figured it out. Sorry!

I had to add the following code to the end to make it work:
