ive been dealing with a slow computer for the past few months and havent been able to figure out the problem. The only thing that I can remember is that it began to slow down shortly after I installed Norton..... Can someone please help.

Depending on your system's specs Norton can become a real heavyweight. The obvious thing is to uninstall it and see if there is an improvement. If you wish us to help you further please right down the specs of your computer (RAM, type of CPU. Operating System, free space on hard disk) and a description of what Norton program you installed (full suite, antivirus only etc.)
