Aurora, Ceres Pop Ups

I seem to be getting unnormal pop up ads from Aurora and Ceres a lot lately. I have ran Ad-Watch SE Professional and was able to take care of some things, but it appears that I continue to have the Aurora and Ceres pop up adds.

I have attempted to research how to remove these adwares but it appears that they are dangerous and difficult to remove. I have downloaded Hijack This and Killbox, but I am unsure how to use these to help my situation.

If anyone can help me with this it would be great, thanks.
