Hi recently I have been having errors. I have scanned my pc w/ antivirus & WD nothing found. It happens when I try to unzip multiple files I get the "Dr. Watson Post Mortem Debugger" error & "Window Explorer has encountered an error and needs to close" but it doesn't it just shuts the file unzipper down and then leaves my browser & everything completely normal.

I also get " .....memory could not be read.." errors when unzipping.

Eventually I couldn't get internet access etc.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I went back to a previous restore point. But as soon as I tried to unzip a file the problem started again.

I just did a scan w/ Hijack This:

I found a file called Customizable_Rhino.jar and this is what the host file tool in HJT said:

# Copyright © 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 10*.*4.*4.** rhino.acme.com # source server
# 3*.25.6*.1* x.acme.com # x client host

1**.0.0.* localhost

(The * inserted to protect port info)

that looks odd - Every time I am about to post this, I have to restart my IP because it won't display internet - "server not found".

am doing a scan w/ antivirus now.

But I am still having problems. Help please.

Thanks,

Amber
