Since I am getting ordering $1000+ worth of stuff I might as well up my lap top memory.
I would like to eventually get vista 64 working on my lap top if possible.

Crucial says I have 200 pin PC 5300
I have read elsewhere PC5300 is as fast as I can go.

I would like to know if this will work?
http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820211200
Or if there is something else you recommend.

lap top is
Dell Vosto 1500
core 2 duo 1.6
Windows XP
1 gig total memory.

That memory will work just as well as any other similar memory. The only question i see is that you may not have the correct drivers for your hardware with Vista.
