popuper and wp.exe woes

I have got the wp.exe and popuper bugs on my system (WinME) I tried deleting a few suspicious items (yeah, I know, BIG mistake) and now when my computer boots up it's locked up (showing my desktop) and I'm not able to open anything or use the start button. ctrl-alt-delete opens the program manager and I see several popupers and <unknowns> running. I'm mot even sure i have a boot disk and there isn't a back-up. Please help if you can. Thank you. :tazz:
