after i tried downloading several drivers update recommended by HP, i still receive BSOD.


*** STOP : 0x00000119 ( 0x00000001, 0x0018871F, 0x0018871E, 0x0018871E )

im not sure what does these codes represent, any help? thanks.

Error 0x00000119 can be caused by some video scheduling software. Do you have a TV/Video capture card in your computer?
Alternatively this can be caused by bad, incompatible or corrupt drivers.

i'm not sure myself. The monitor is a HMDI screen monitor. how do i check if i have tv/video capture card in my computer?

Look round the back? See if you have anything that looks like an aerial input?
If in doubt then the golden rule of thumb is if you're in doubt, you don't have one.

yup i dont have any of it. im not sure how to fix that error. any luck in giving me a way to fix the BSOD?

i received another code on BSOD. its 0x000000D1 (0xA08678CC,0x00000002 ................... ) didnt have time to copy down the rest and the screen went blank.

thanks i'll try if that works. but it applies to window XPs, while my is window vista. Do they apply for both?
