You may need to be in Safe Mode to find it or use My Computer/Windows Explorer and activate "Show Hidden/System Files" Show Hidden and System files:

Please run LSPFIX first. While disconnected to the internet run the lspfix.

Click the I know what I am doing button.
Move all instances of aklsp.dll to the right Remove pane. Click finish

Download this free tool called Pocket KillBox (or just Killbox)
http://www.downloads...org/KillBox.zip
Unzip the program to your desktop. Double Click the KillBox program on your desktop
Now Select *Delete on Reboot* in the first column.

Next copy and paste the following line into the *Full Path to Delete* Box
C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Click the Red Button with the White x on it.

The program will ask you to confirm you want to delete the file on reboot - answer *yes*
The Program will then ask you if you want to reboot, select *NO*

Ok, so the pop-ups are definitely getting better. Aurora has yet to pop up, though when I do searches in google I get pop-ups still. Two files were still there when I went to check them, so I deleted them. They were:

I did two of each like you said, and the virus scanners both found trojan viruses over and over again. And my Norton Symantic keeps having two Trojans pop up and I quarintine them, and they seem to just keep coming back... whats the next move?

Double edit: Housecall said the 5 Trojans that appeared were noncleanable. They were called:

TROJ AGENT.BT
TROJ AGENT.ABS (2 different locations)
TROJ BUDDY.F
TROJ VALUEAD.A

Should I delete them since they are noncleanable? They are infecting the following files:

Okay, I tried to delete all the trojan files, yet when I started my computer up, AntiSpyware Beta one discovered that the following file was trying to start up (I blocked it):

In the next box that opens, type cd\ and press "Enter". Now you'll see the C: prompt ... looks like this: C:\>

Type cd\windows and then Enter.

Next, type nail.exe /FullRemove (make sure there is a space between nail.exe and the /) ... then Enter.

There was no new box that popped up, and when I tried to type it in the Killbox program, nothing happened after I typed cd\ .

I wasn't sure if you wanted me to delete InstallationAssistent[1].ocx and if so, I was having trouble finding the folder in Documents and Settings that it was under. I'm glad you didn't get the trojan though! Speaking of trojans, and knock on wood on this, but ever since that program you had me download, I have not had a reoccurence of any trojans.

Quick question: There are a lot of folders/files that seem a lighter color than the rest, does this mean anything?
