Okay my friend has his computer heavily infeced
and he gets a counter thats comes whenever he starts up and makes him reboot in 60 seconds

"this system is shutting down please save all work and progress and log off
any unsaved change will be lost
this shutdown was initianted by NP AUTHORITY/SYSTEM

the system process c:drive/windows/system32/services.exe terminated unexpectidles
1073741819 "

he can get into the task manager only in safe mode with networking
but all he has is the task manager and then a black screen
where do we go from there?

When the counter starts type: shutdown -a in the run dialog box. This should stop the system from rebooting. You can then start the malware removal process.

I Suggest you take your log to the malware doctors found in this forum.
Please make sure that you read this before posting anything in the malware forum.

If you're still having problems after the malware doctors declare your log clean feel free to post back here and we'll help you to the best of our knowledge! :)

Regards,
Olrik
