HELP w/ reoccurring error message. Is it a virus? [CLOSED]

Everytime I'm online using Windows XP after a while an ERROR message pops up that says:

The Program ["C:/Program File\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"] caused a problem and is going to close.
Would you like to save a dump file?

This always closes all my windows.

Can someone help me fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
