With the advent of my family having children, yet living so far apart.. they have all began buying mini-cams to attach to their computer.

The medium for which they use is AIM. When clicking on the live video button, I get connected, but no picture comes through. I know that their system is working because other family members are able to view each other (regardless whether they have a camera or not).

Is there a "switch" that I have on that procludes me for viewing?

Please advise if possible?

Thank you.
